Ultra Racing Countryman Strut bar

I had used this brand of braces before on my 06 FX35 and it had improved handling significantly, especially when I had added the rear ones. For R60, they have some offerings and I decided to start from the strut bar. Here's some info and impressions:

My car: '13 CMS ALL4, non-sport package, H&R lowering springs, 245/40/18 tires.

The two-bolt mount can be seen here:

The clearance from the air intake box:

Impressions:
  • On normal use, it feels like the front dampers are working better. Previously I felt like they were moving all around, now it feels like they're more "focused"
  • When I push it, I can feel the front end is a little firmer and turn in is greatly improved. On a bend, I just point the car and adjust throttle. No understreer, no overstreer
  • On rough roads, the additional stiffness is not an issue unless you hit a pothole pretty hard. In fact, in Istanbul's crappy minefield roads, the front end feels more comfortable than the rear.
  • All in all, it's a great buy to $110 shipped, IMO
