Madness motorworks

Has anyone else had problems purchasing anything from them? Or even getting a hold of anyone via phone or email?

And they seem to continue....placed an order, received confirmation. Crickets....5 days later no tracking confirmation number via email so sent the dufuss an email inquiry to keep paper trail. Crickets. 7 days later sent second one. Crickets. Called and left a message. Crickets.

Checked Paypal, he cancelled the order on his end but still shows item on his ecommerce site as being available for sale.

Owner / operator of this place is a Dufuss and will never do business with again.....

And by the way. Thank you OUTMOTORING for having the item I wanted and at half the price this idiot was selling it for.....

Don't ever buy from Madness, ive had horrible experience with them.

I bought spacers, and they didnt come with the right bolts. After they were unable to provide the right bolts twice, they gave me a store credit to buy something else. I bought B14 bilstein coilovers, which led to many issues on my car. They were unable to help with any of it, poor customer service. In the end, i sold the coilovers and they lost a customer.

I've heard this tune before. They aren't far from me and I'd never use them for anything based on these kind of reviews.

Need to take them off your ordering list and use folks like WMW, ECS, or OutMotoring!
I never have a problem with any of them. Always in contact with you via phone and email to confirm orders, and are fast shippers.

^^^Second this. Have had good luck with WMW, ECS, Outmotoring, Pelican, and Detroit Tuned.

I still don't quite understand how its 2018 and WMW will ONLY ship items to US customers... He goes as far as blocking international IPs from just accessing his website. Super ignorant.

I've stopped by Madness Motorworks, it's a real small shop there was only one guy there and he wasn't very friendly. It looks like most of their business is MINI and BMW repair.

Way used to but stopped a while back. He is not ignorant as he has stated his reasons numerous times on here.

For reference:
Sorry but due to some scammers they have ruined it for everyone. We no longer ship outside the US, or accept international credit cards, or even answer non US numbers. You can thank the people that have tried scamming us, and wasting our time on the phone when we could be helping other customers. We do have some of our dealers that are willing to take the risk and we can put you in contact with them.

Way is probably one of the most stand up and helpful people I’ve ever dealt with in any business
