Installed some BC Coilovers last week with some issues

I ended up buying some BC coilovers (like Megan Racing) that were blown for $200. I rebuilt them for a grand total of $460, all 4 new struts and they came with front camber plates. I installed them last weekend and this coming week I am getting an alignment with new tires. I do have some problems though:

When I am stating to move, the front wheels seem to rock ever so slightly and I can sometimes hear a "spring noise" coming from the front passenger side. I may not have the springs correctly set on that side. As far as tightening, I never touched the lower control arms, and only had to loosen and remove the following:

Front
Upper Strut Mount (replaced with Camber plates and it is super tight)
Lower Strut Mount (1x 18mm bolt that had to be removed to replace the strut)
Sway Bar End Links (used an allen key/16mm to remove the bolt and retightened on the new coilovers)

Any thoughts?

Also, if anyone has a good tire suggestion, I am all ears. Currently I am thinking Pilot Sport A/S 3s V or W rated for the 50K warranty and decent cornering capabilities, but I am open to a better performance tire with at least 300 UTQG, thanks guys.
