Are there any decent lowering springs for pre 3/02?

Ive tried H&R and eibach. Looking for a more comfortable ride with my 3 month only production hard to find suspension. Any help appreciated! I have also tried koni shocks and replaced them w stock.

How bout coilovers. With the money you have spent and now doing it again you could have had a set. I'm guessing you want to lower it while having a decent ride. People with swift sprints and koni yellows swear by them.

You can swap the necessary parts to make the newer suspension fit the older MINI.
Then you can use springs for the 3/02 and later suspensions.
I believe that's the struts, all the upper strut mount parts and the end links, too.

If you go for coilovers, you still need to change the end links since the pre-3/02 ones
mount to a different location than the 3/02 and later ones.

MINI swapped the old style suspension for the later style as a matter of routine when early cars came in for service, so, unless you never serviced your MINI at the dealership, you probably have the later style. Are you sure you still have that early setup?

I just picked up some 16" enkies that I am gonna try for a while. Not as pretty as my 18" racing harts but hopefully improves the ride quality

I think if you swap the spring perches you should be good? I did this when i put r56 struts on my r52 just swapped the spring perches and top hats and it was good to go! And it looks like if you do that you have to change your sway bar end links.
