Suspension Road and Track Alignment Settings
Road and Track Alignment Settings
Don't want to clutter ra2fanatics Ohlins thread any longer so i thought i would start new thread. I'd like guys to list all of these suspension mods along with the alignments settings. The car get used for 6 track days a year and the rest of the time its a daily driver. Compromise is important.
Front
-2.4 camber
1/8" toe out
Rear
-2.5 camber
zero toe
My first step is to take the rear camber down to 1.5 but i need arms to do that.

Mine is a daily driver, no anticipated track time.
Koni Yellows, TSW springs, 1" H-sport RSB, IE fixed camber plates, Alta RCA, 205/45/17 Bridgestone all seasons
F: -1.7 camber, 2 mm toe in total
R: -1.5 camber, 1 mm toe in per side
Good tire wear and ride comfort. Looking forward to replacing with performance tires in the spring.
Have fun,
Mike

My car is primarily autocross and pleasure driver. I have the JCW suspension and H-sport competition rear swaybar on medium.
Copy of alignment settings.
Front camber -.9 both sides
front toe basically 0
rear camber -1.8
rear toe -.05 degrees both sides
Not sure what those convert into inches or mm

- KW V2
- Vorshlag Camber plates
- H-sport comp rear sway bary
- H-sport rear lower adjustable arms
- Dunlop Direzza Z1 on street, Nitto NT01 on track
-2.5 camber up front, -2.0 camber in the rear
+0.10 toe in front, +0.19 toe in rear
Any of you guys try a SMALLER than stock sway bar on front? My car feels like it lost traction since going to the heavier front springs. I want to loosen the front end a little with a smaller bar.
This was brought up to my attention before by going with a smaller bar. No one makes a smaller bar, but the best method would be ordering a regular Just-a-Cooper swaybar. The Cooper S and JCW front swaybars are bigger, so if you went with the justa's bar, you'd be reducing the bar up front.

From my research, just a cooper and an S without sport suspension have the same 21.5mm rather than 23.5mm.
i'm guessing that r53 front sway bar doesn't fit a r56? Our rear bar is interchangeable.
