H&R Springs Noisy??

I just installed H&R Springs about 3 weeks ago on my 13' Mini Cooper S hatchback and they are pretty noisy. When driving at slow speeds, you hear clunking noises, popping, and other strange noises. I've had an All Wheel Alignment and paid them extra do to a full suspension check. Everything is super tight and completely safe. But every time I drive around the city. Clunk... Clunk.. Clunk.. Turn.. Pop.. But if I drive fast or on the freeway, everything is fine. Just at slow speeds. Anyone experience noise from their springs? Please help.
I cannot find the issue unless the springs are just like that.

Just put in the H&R lowered springs last weekend and have the EXACT same problem. The sound doesn't appear to be coming from the springs, but I get the clunking - thunking noise from the rear of the vehicle.

Did you replace the rear end links with new adjustable ones at the same time? Maybe your sway bar is coming into contact with something?

My problem was that the top of my end link was loose and wouldn't tighten.
But I fixed it.

Supergreg; No, I didn't replace the rear end links with adjustables (but that is definetly an option) I have been reading a lot of posts in this forum and will check the rear end links and the rear sway bar. I am guessing it has to be one of the 2. Thanks for putting me in the right direction. I'll let you know what I find and post pics of my Mini.

My TSW's do this too. Annoying as hell sometimes. I think somethings broke when there isnt. Already went through every part tightness with a fine tooth comb.

found the issue with my tsw springs and maybe you guys are having a similar problem: the lowest coil is touching and hitting the next highest coil. run your hand along the bottom coil and feel for roughness, i jacked the car up, removed the wheel, i cut a rubber goodyear hose for coolant in half and epoxied it to the top of the lowest most coil so there's the coils don't contact each other. quiet and smooth as a button now.

Sorry, I haven't been back on here to report that my PROBLEM WAS SOLVED! I jacked up the rear of the car and found that a nut on the rear sway bar (passengers side), was about 1 rotation loose. No idea that this could cause so much racket, but it definetly sounded like something was about to fall off the car. Tightened it up, and my MINI is back quiet as a mouse!
