First I want to say I am very pleased with my BC Racing coilvers and have had no issues.

I love the drop in the front, however on the rear I would like a further 1/2 inch drop. The shop told me the rear coilovers are as low as they will go, unless we remove the bracket that suspends the brake lines attached to the coilover - see attached pic - which will allow the coilovers to drop further. I am not much of a gear head, so I am asking for suggestions / feedback on this. Has anyone modified / relocated the brake line bracket?

My bracket came located below the adjuster, where your sticker is. The lines are a little tight but I didn't have to force anything. I'll try to get a pic up later.

 

Thank you cantcode86. I did view where on other coilovers the bracket is actually welded on to the side of the tube, below the adjusters. I took mine to a local shop and had them tack it to the side as well and eliminate the plastic ring holding the bracket. AND I finally got the rear to drop that difference for a MUCH BETTER look, IMHO.
