Gearbox mount insert vs powerflex

Found this on eBay. Was wondering how exactly it installs for one.
Second, wondering if i could get away with this vs a powerflex bushing. I'm turning not to induce NVHs, hence the thought of that insert vs PF.

Thoughts?!

I have the powerflex ones for the gearbox, but the install is the same. You remove anything in the way of the mount, put a jack under the trans so it stays where it is, remove the mount, insert the inserts (reduntant sentence is reduntant), bolt everything back together. There's most likely a how-to on here, I did mine last year, so I can't tell you step-by-step (stupid memory), but it's pretty easy to do.

i have the same gearbox insert.... straight forward install

i only had trouble when i had brain fart and accidently started messing with the jack and things didn't line up too right

however i guess that side makes no difference because thats the only insert i have on right now

Yes I have the super pro

I'm sure it helps but I only put that in no difference when I put the upper insert (2003 upper mount) then there was some stiffness

I'm
Sure it compliments all other inserts

I recently put both the lower mount inserts and transmission mount insert (Powerflex ones) and noticed an improve throttle response (engine doesn't rock as much) but did notice a NVH when RPM are low (1-1.5K)
NVH arent noticeable during normal driving but if you do a lot of city driving (stop and go) I can def see the vibrations getting annoying
