Is KW V2 for the Countryman Enough?
It can't be adjusted as much like the V3, but for money/value wise, is it good enough?
Is the fixed setup of the V2 suitable?
Or should I just save up and get the v3?
Thanks!

Well you might want to check with KW as it looks like you can only get
KW Coilover Kit V3
KW Coilover Kit V3 Mini Countryman S ALL4 Learn More Part #: 35220096
Front Lowering:1.0" to 2.4" Rear Lowering:1.0" to 2.0"
IMO Coilovers might be to rough for you for everyday driving.
You might look into NM lower springs and new shocks.

As for the comfort aspect, it's adjustable, therefore it would be possible to make it as comfortable as stock?
How does the adjusting work? Turning ***** above the coilover or does it need to be removed? Can it be a DIY work? (Assuming I have little mechanic skill)

You may also want to consider the Megan Coilovers referred to elsewhere in the "Suspension" forum. I believe they can be adjusted more than the K2s, are cheaper than the K3s, and can be adjusted closer to the "mild" side if you only want to lower and firm things up just a little. An independent MINI performance garage near me has done a number of Megan installs and I hear rave reviews.

If you don't know what/how to adjust the V3's (specifically bound/rebound, height is relatively easy), and what each adjustment does, then don't get them. Especially if you don't know what you want for spring rates. The V3's are track oriented, and big time overkill for a car that will never see the track.
Get a good single adjustable coilover, with a stiffer spring rate than stock. Even that will be more than you need. You'll handle better, but the ride will be fine.

KW makes some of the best, most well engineered "Street Level" coilovers on the market. Their comfort in the softest setting is almost like a New Caddy. Tight and Supple. At mid-range and up, their aptitude increases for a superior handling road car.
You'll always hear me make a fuss about corner balancing, but if you pay the money for a great set of coilovers, what's another couple hundred to extract your co's maximum potential?
