strut mounts are cracked need help picking out new suspension
So my strut mounts are both cracked they are not to bad but they need replaced. Now since the springs have to come off I already ordered a new set. I just picked up s9me new swift spec r's for 314 $ shipped from a swift dealer they should be here in a week. Now for the strut mounts I am about to order the ie fixed plates but I heard that will add 1/4 inch of ride height and I really dont want that. The car is a DD and 9nce my upgrades are done I will auto x and take it t9 the tracis around North carolina but that will be very seldom.
I already ordered the spec r's and will be ording the h sport lca's. Now my question is what are the best ways of camber plates or mounts that dont add height. I already have m7 protectors and no mushrooming.
I know I should do strut\shocks now but it isnt in the budget I want to get konis so I will save until I can afford them. But I figured if I have to do mounts I might as well upgrade a little more while im there.
Also I read the spec rs lower .7 up front and .5 in back but others said 1 front and back what is the real drop.

The IE plates only add about 3/16" to the ride height. It is not noticeable. The only other option is adjustable plates. Do some searches and I think you will find that the noise and vibration goes up considerably with those. For a DD the IE plates are nice in that respect as they use a stock BMW bearing setup (Z3 if I remember right, which is stronger than the MINI part) with the rubber mount which means it stays quiet, plus the camber change is almost ideal for a street car. I just put them into my car.
