Anyone with 18x8 45 off set on there car have coilovers?

I had a set of springs that lowered the car 1" and put a set of Tenzo Type M's that are 18x8 and have a 45off set. I bought a set of cheap coilovers but could not get the front coilovers on, it wouldnt clear the tire. I was told to use spacers but I cant see the wheels clearing the fender if they are out any further. Anyone 18x8 experienced this?

i had 18 x 8 et 40. i still needed spacers up front to clear the coilovers. whether or not it will "fit" with spacers is somewhat a function of camber. mine fit with -2.5* front camber.

I used 5mm in front and none in the rear. I would guess you will need 12mm front and 5mm rear. Actual results may vary.
