Camber plates

So I was doing researching and there are several brand camber plates available like Eibach, Vorshlag, and IE. Anyone recommend one over the other?

I use Google, with the "site:northamericanmotoring.com" expression added to my other search words so that results will come only from NAM.

Using that trick got me this, which looks like it contains some threads worth reviewing.

Kind regards,

Charlie

I researched this quite a bit last year before settling on Vorshlag. The attention to detail, quality, and adjustment range are hard to beat. The downside is that you'll have to wait a while to get them and they cost a bit more than the rest.

What are you trying to accomplish? You potentially could get away with simply the fixed plates from IE if you just want to add some camber to the front.

If you're going for full adjustability, then the Vorshlag's are probably your best bet.

Vorshlags are by far the best for the R56.

same here - could not have said it better myself. you could see top notch quality once you get them out the box.

I use the Vorshlags as well. Solid as a rock and work great, probably the best option for the R56.

While they do cost more than most, they still represent a good value.

And Vorshlag usually ships same day the order comes in.

If they have all the parts in stock.

I placed my order at a time when they were waiting for parts to be laser cut and it took longer than expect. Yes, very much worth the wait but I think people should know that these plates are put together by a mom & pop operation, not on a super dooper production line.

Yeah, those were the days...

Now Vorshlag has five and a half people, and a big shop where a full time fabricator does a lot of the fab work in house and a full time mechanic does installs.

Just installed the SPC plates & they increased NVH quite a bit on rough roads. The plastic interior panels rattle more than they used to. They also raise the front of the car 3/8".
