How do I reduce nose lift and dive?

2011 MCS, without sport suspension. Sometimes it feels like I am on a rocking horse when doing hard acceleration->braking->then accelerating. I figure I am loosing alot of traction during this too. How best could I address this? Will a set of NM springs be enough? or do I need to think bigger?

Thanks,
John

Springs will help drastically. maybe save for some coilovers? I ran a bilstein/h&r shock/spring combo on my r53 and it was great and provided a nice ride. My H&R full coilovers are great but prob out of the real of what you want or need...

A set of NM lowering springs will dramaticly reduce the suspension roll. If you end up doing springs get an Hsport rear swaybar it will be easy to install at the same time and improve the handling even more. The stock springs are just really soft.

PowerFlex USA front control arm bushings along with a set of Bilstein HDs will do the trick. You can lower it if you want but that's not required.

Will the suggested setups also help with the jumping around on rough roads? Or is that more so tires causing the issue?

The Bilstein HDs IMHO are the king at smoothing out rough roads. They have a unique valve system that allows them to absorb bumps and rough roads but then not compress under slow compressions like cornering and braking.

I am running the HD Bilsteins with the JCW Sport Suspension springs and I love the ride and the handling.

Are you still on the OEM run-flat tires? If so, that's contributing to the "rock-skip" effect.
Strap on a non-run-flat tire that allows some sidewall flex and it'll considerable increase proper traction and response.

Yup still OEM. The rock skip thing can be scary at 70mph.
