A little lower

Anyone heard any news about springs or coilovers for the CM? Eibach says "in development-coming soon" and has for about three months. I just want to lower mine about 1".

Side note- please don't turn this thread into a debate about the validity/performance of lowering. Start another one. I like the look and that's it.

Thanks!

They are now listed on the Eibach site as a production item, so you must be able to order them.

There wouldn't happen to be a side shot to show the gap between top of tire and bottom of the wheel well would there?

Can you put a link in so I can see what you are looking at? When I go in I still see them as "In Development"

You going to jump on a set of these for your CM?

At least the pdf had English sub-titles.

You would think the USA folks at Eibach would be all over it to be first. TUV ratings are good here.

Since they are the Cobra springs.

Cobra Springs are available in the states NOW! got mines and are being install as I am posting on this form.

In Holland they are called the Cobra Suspension, but in the states their marketed under a different brand name called the B+G suspensions, located in San Diego Cali. A while ago I was about to order directly from Cobra, I was inform of this by there office in Holland so I waited for the B+G to get stock. From what I was told from B+G that there stock are limited so you may want to call them up.

Thanks.

mini countryman lowered stance!

Cobra Springs/ B+G Springs
1.6" front 1.5" rear

overall the springs are very stiff, but runs about the same compare to the stock especially on the stock 17" RUN Flats. First day on the run I almost had a headache driving back with the new springs I thought it was the springs. At the same time I had a buddy in the car with me and he said it feels softer (less bouncing) compare to stock.
