After lowering noise while turning

So I installed a set of H&R lowering springs and now I have a binding/clunking noise when I turn my steering wheel while parking or making low speed turns. Say I turn to the right it clunks and as I turn back to the left to center the car it clunks again. Everything appears to be tight, is it possible i over tightened my struts? I have read that it may be the strut rotating and rubbing in its housing. Any help or insight is appreciated.

My guess is the spring is not fully seated to the stops on the perch. You did use the original rubber spacers? Have you checked the sway bar links?

I put everything back on exactly how it came off. The front end links seem to be tight, i cant get them to budge with the alen wrench / crescent wrench combo.
