Slight or maybe Huge problem installing coilovers

my buddy and made an attempt at installing my coilovers, and all was going well until the bolt head on the pinch clamp of the front left carrier sheared off. we attempted remove it using an extracter tap and only managed to snap the tap. ive got another buddy coming over tomorrow who is a mechanic for volkwagen, but i wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions, for removal or helping to break it loose. i dont think pblaster or wd40 is going to help this one.

Currently im stuck on jack stands in the driveway and it really sucks not having a car.

My car spent 4 years on new york roads in the winter so it think the bolt is quite stuck.

Wait I'm lost here.

Which bolt?

WD-40 seems to work wonders for breaking loose suspension parts. It's always worked for me anyways.

yup. #6 it is. i was thinking i might try heating the carrier where the bolt goes in, not the bolt, to make it expand and break the bolt loose
