Stock suspension "uneven"?
Doing the finger test after much denial, I found that my driver side sits one finger lower than the passenger side (wheel gap) on both front and rear wheels (right is 3, left is 2). I removed everything from the car, released handbrake, and tested this on the levelest ground possible. WTF
This is on the stock suspension, with no variances in tire pressure. Why would the passenger side sit 3/4" higher than the drivers side, so evenly?
Am I alone, or is my car just prepped for left handers?

I've seen what you're describing happen on many MINI's; the wheel arches aren't always perfectly symmetrically mounted. That said, I can't say I've seen it to the extent of measurement you're referring to. I've seen a tench of an inch, maybe two tenths, but certainly not 3/4" without something else being out of whack, for lack of a better term. Hopefully you don't have an issue, but it would be worth putting the car up on stands and giving the suspension hardware the once-over.

I'm with Ryephile on the natural variation in wheel arches. They are not good places to reference your suspension, but of course they are easy to see, and the visual incongruity can sometimes be unbearable.
One thing to measure is the height of each jack point. The two fronts should match and the two rears. This will tell you more about the state of your suspension.

I did read somewhere (I have no idea where) that they are set up so the driver side is slightly higher to the point that a 180ish person sitting in the driver seat makes it perfectly level. The assumption here was to create a good stance when it is one person out motoring so that the handling is better. I don't remember the source so I do not have any idea of how reliable this information it.
