Where is my sway bar? (also posted in coupe talk)

I ordered an H-Sport 19mm sway bar off of M7 Dec 20th. M7 calls me 21st said it will ship out the 26th. No email from Fed-ex. So I call back the 26th said the 28th ....Call the 28th said the 31st...I call today they said it shipped out the 26th they'll forward me the e-mail.Yet I have no e-mail. Can anyone tell me what is going on or what I should do?

I hate it when crap like that happens.....just stay on top of it, and keep on them until you know for sure it has shipped.

I just sent them an e-mail asking if I could cancel if it hasn't shipped yet.

Delays in mail still, but should be clear by 28th but then no service xmax and new years. And M7 does not stock them they get them from H-Sport directly and H-Sport delivers. I ordered mine from Way Motorsport and M7 called me about it and it got sent by H-Sport-with 3 parties involved you bet it took longer

Can't tell you what's going on, just what I'd do. Call back right now. Stay on their ***** and keep asking to speak with different people until someone gives you a straight answer. If nothing else tell the attendant that you'd like to cancel your order and if she refuses then notify your credit/debit card company.

I'd expect to be entitled to some sort of refund for the delay. Especially if you paid for any type of expedited shipping. Do you have an email with any of the ship dates they quoted you, or was it only given when you called in? I'd assume there'd at least be something on the confirmation email you should have received after placing your order.

The only e-mail(other than the confirmation sent right after the order is made) was the processed e-mail telling me that they got the order and fed-ex would e-mail me a tracking number. I sent them an e-mail last night asking if I could cancel and get my money back. Cheapest shipping option I had was 4 day shipping.
