So what is the Choice suspension (coilovers/shocks/spring) for the Mini?
Just wanted to scope out what everyones running. I know if the Focus community, the choice setup was H&R Race Springs with Koni Adjustables.
What do you guys recommend, thats under $1500?
This will be primarily for the street, autocross, and a good bit of track days.

Aight, yea, check. I have more than a few sets of tires in the garage (T1's, RT615's, V710's, etc).
Now, back to suspension.
if I had 1500 for suspension I would get this on my door step tomorrow...

This combination provides the lowering range that enthusiast's desire, with the ride characteristics for which KW is famous. Dampening is controled by an adjuster atop each shock allowing you to control how quickly the shock compresses.
Kit includes 4 stainless steel dampers, damper adjustment tool and springs and full instructions.

I've done JCW springs, Koni FSD struts, H&R 19mm rear sway, and Ireland front fixed camber plates for maybe around $1500. Ride is definitely improved, and the handling feels a lot better (although some of that may be mental... I really don't push my car hard enough often enough...).
OK, skipping tires and focusing on suspension, then, I still think that if you want to be fast, I'd look at camber plates before springs/swaybars/anything else.
So if you have $1500, the camber plates will be ~ $500. So that leaves about 1k.
I'd probably buy some koni's or bilsteins, a rear swaybar, and some springs.
