OBD 2 Code P0442

I have a 2003 Mini Cooper (not an "S") and got the code P0422 and changed my gas cap and check filter cap indicator still comes on

......can anyone help me. :impatient If so thanks for your help, Ron

If that is what P0422 is...that should be covered by the federally mandated coverage of 8yrs/80k miles...
