Flat spot?

When I am WOT I feel what I can only describe as a flat spot for a second and then it starts to pull again. I have been running CAI and 15% pulley for about 4,000 miles. Is the belt slipping? Plug misfiring?

It has been in the 30s and 40s here lately. Could this be causing it? Didn't feel anything until the temperature changed.

Any help on where to look or what to look for is greatly appreciated.

Search around a little.... lots of people report a flat spot in one certain RPM range.
Apparently it can be "helped" with an ECU upgrade.
I'm sure some of the experts will awaken soon and you'll have plenty of helpful info.
