Windshield Fluid Line

Noticed today that the windshield fluid wasn't working. Thinking the tank was empty, I filled it up. When I determined that the tank took very little fluid, I noticed that the rubber lines were broken - causing the fluid to squirt in the engine compartment.

The lines (located near the passenger side up near the windshield) appear almost to have rotted away. This is on a 2005 MCSCa with only 18K miles.

Anyone else experience this? Off to the dealer...
