Need help with SAFC 2

I installed an Apexi SAFC 2 using the pin diagram posted by Pilo in a different thread. After installing it I had it dyno tuned and got respectable results. The car started acting up shortly after that. It started throwing two codes. First was P0107 which is a low voltage from the pressure sensor so I wasn't worried. Talked toa few friends who had them and they told me that they had this code too. The second was P1688. I looked that one up and everything pointed to the Bypass Valve which I then replaced. Same problem. Talked to a few folks and they thought it might be the throttle body so I replaced that. Still throwing the same code. The problem is that the second code casues the car to go into limp mode. Now I bypaassed the SAFC2 and no problems at all. THis tells me that something is wrong with the wiring. I checked the wiring diagram inteh Betley manual. The pinout adi that I should tap the wrie in position 10 for throttle, however the wiring diagram says that that is throttle potentiometer 1, there are two of these positions 10 and 11. Position 13 is an output for voltage supply, throttle position sensor.

Question one, shoudl i have the throttle wire wired into position 10 or 13?

Next question, does anyone have an electronic copy of the pinout ofr the ecu besides the one already posted?

Thanks!!
