My perception is, that every instance I've read about a Mini blowing a spark plug out of the head, a reduction pully was installed. See a pattern here? Regardless of what any manufacturer says, the reality seems to be that the cylinder head can't take the extra pressure created by a reduction pully on the supercharger.

 

I'm really disappointed at how Webb has been dealing with issues lately. It seems that they've totally dropped the ball and haven't even bothered looking for it. People have flooded the forums with a host of issues and Webb won't even come out and take responsibility for anything. I'm not sure how they plan on staying in business if their customer service image on one of the larger MC forums is completely shot...

I'm not really as interested in chasing the money. I'm just glad that there are forums like this for like minded individuals and consumers to vent about issues such as this. Vender Warranty, guarantees, responsiveness, repayment, etc.

As I did earlier in this thread I will notify Webb via email of the resurrection of this thread and my intent to post his email claiming that he will repay me for half the damages, out of kindness of his heart, not as a warrantied repair. Maybe that will spark a response.
