To put it back on you need to heat it up (>350 degreesF I've heard, thus expanding the metal), and forcing it on. A PIMA if you ask me.

Most aftermarket pully companies have come up with a hub that sits on the shaft and allows you switch out pullys with bolts.
Thanks Ben, I had always assumed that the pulley was attached to a hub and bolted to the shaft. Reliance on an expansion coefficient seems a little odd to me.

Why go back to 0%

So, if the only result in installing a 15% pulley is improved performance, improved driving style and in some cases improved gas mileage (except for instances involving different user behavior:-)...why would anyone ever want to go back to stock or install a 0% pulley?

I'm pretty conservative when it comes to tampering with car mechanical infrastructure and have pretty much been convinced (thanks to all of the helpful posts) to make the switch to a 15% pulley but am curious as to why someone would do this and make the decision to go back to 0%...are there other disadvantages or problems with 15% or higher % pulleys that would cause someone to go back?

Thanks,
Miles

advisor02 - switching to stock boost is needed for some twincharging setups.
