My 2002 MCS is driven only on sunny days and after three weeks of inactivity sitting in my garage, the battery died. I was able to jump it to get it started since the connections are under the bonnet, but couldn't find the actual battery?! The manual was no help..
To jump a MCS can't you hook it up to 2 terminals under the bonnet? Or do you connect right to the battery in the boot? I ask because I have a MCS on the way.

Yes you just use the terminals under the bonnet. The thread starter was just curious as to where the battery was.
