What's the current (April '05) software version?

Just curious if there has been something beyond the v39.2

I'm almost positive its V39.2 which came out late last sumer/fall. I doubt if a new version could sneek under the radar with so may folks keyed-in on ECU versions.

I thought that the software/firmware version was now up to v40. No?

I also thought the most recent was v39.2 but have read a couple posts where someone said v40.

Does anyone know for sure?

April 26th

I had an appointment today at D&R MINI in Indy. The paperwork indicates that my car was "reprogrammed DME with V41.2 to correct driveability issues".

After a 2 hour ride home, the driveability issues still occur (herky-jerky feeling with light applications of the throttle or lifting the throttle). However, the issues seem to be less than they were before, but I bet my anticipation and hope that this would fix the issue are swaying my judgment.
