Ok I have a 2006 r50 base and I replaced the clutch in it. After doing so I didn't refill the coolant all the way which left air in the system in return overheating . I think it went into limp mode (engine light flashing, misfires, little power) so after I filled the coolent properly drove it 4miles still in limp and shut it off then wouldn't start. Was told most likely jumped time. Bought another mc base 2005with 96kmiles so engine and transmission swap. Only to find same limp amd drove it a couple days 5miless maybe now it won't start. I'm at whitdls end trying to figure this out ., please help me
