CAt seperated cracked
Has anyone had this problem?
Do I need a new exhaust manifold? looks like it's all one piece. how should I replace it.
2005 R53 MCS 6mt

Yes, common. Ideally find a good welder, spend a little more for a someone who can use Tig welding to make a far stronger solution.
