I’m getting a front left airbag sensor fault code but I can’t find the location of it.

I’ve watched some videos and they say it’s in the seat but I also see where they are in the front of the car, in the doors and by the rear seats.

I’ve had the motor out of the car but never saw them in the front while it was out.

 

There are many sensors for the airbags throughout the car. Are you referring to the seat position sensor? What is your error code?

 

I am using a Foxwell. DTC ID is 84. DTC-MRS Airbag Front Sensor-left.

 

 

Thanks. I found it on my 06s, the one with the fault code. I looked at my 03 Justa and it doesn’t have them.

 

My '03 MCS doesn't have them either. I believe they were incorporated into the airbag module on the early cars and updated the system on later builds.
