R53 MT acts like clutched/neutral on ground, but normal if jacked up
Car: 2004 Mini Cooper S Manual Transmission
When on the ground: If I clutch and put the car in gear no power whatsoever and wheels dont spin. I can even put the car into gears without the clutch and there is no grinding.
When front end is on jack stands: I can clutch and put the car in gear and my wheels receive power normally, can rev etc. When jacked up if I try to put car in gear without using clutch I hear the grinding you would expect.
When returning car to ground after being jacked up: I can shift into first and creep around my driveway, but when turning off the driveway and giving a little more load it kind of goes straight into the neutral state described above.
