2003 r50 - a KEY issue with my car
(sorry for the pun in the title)
Hello all.
I recently came into possession of a 2003 mini r50, my first car AND first mini. But I have a problem/question.
I was only given one key with the car, and it has no buttons/remote unlock+lock, but it can still unlock+lock the car by inserting the key into the lock (on the drivers side).
I've looked up some 'new key' coding videos and with all of those videos, they use the master key with the buttons on it. I don't have this.
How do I pair a new key (with buttons) to the car without a 'master key'?
