Identifying inlet/outlet for crankcase

Hey all,
There feels like an endless amount of threads but I think I’m in the right one. I’m trying to identify an inlet/outlet hole above the crankcase vent hose that on my Mini isn’t attached to anything. It could be nothing perhaps a feature that I don’t have on my Mini but any help would be appreciated. Attached is a picture of the diagram, the part I’m curious about is circled in red. Thanks I’m advance. Happy motoring.

That hole is blocked internally --- nothing connects to it. Just one more "quirk" about Mini's.
