My r53 is blowing warm air out of vents. I have performed some troubleshooting and have narrowed it down to a few possibilities. Instilled refrigerant with dye in it into the system and have not found any leaks with a uv light. Connected ac gauges to the ports and noted the pressures were pretty much in the right ranges with the car running. Verified compressor is running and the fan is functioning properly. At the expansion valve in the cab, the high line gets pretty cold and the low line temp dont seem to change. The air coming out the dash vents are ambient temp. The air coming out of the hole in the evaporator box that goes to the glove box is colder. The big door behind the glove box works properly. There is an arm to the left of the glove box attached to the ac box that dont move at all no matter which buttons I press. So ive narrowed it down to the possibility that the evaporator door is not working, the dash controller not functioning right, or the evap door servo is not moving the arm. I did start a thread about this but I think I put it in the wrong forum. Any help or advice would be great.

Haven’t figured it out yet. On vacation right now but plan to bring it to a shop when I get back to have it diagnosed.
