Tuning emissions issue

For those of you with tuned R53s: .... and if you live in a state with annual vehicle inspections -- have you had any issues with the emissions monitors resetting after OBDII code clearance? I recently did some injector misfire repair and canceled the code and now my monitors will not reset to allow the TX vehicle inspection. I've driven ~100 miles and still no emissions monitor reset. Any ideas?

I don't have direct experience with the R53, but I do know that the evap readiness monitor requires some very specific driving conditions to get the monitor to clear.

Yes, I've tried that and it's more difficult to do than you think it might be:1. Start engine and idle while cold for 2 minutes and 10 seconds.

2. Accelerate to 20-30 miles per hour and maintain steady speed for 3 minutes and 15 seconds.

3. Accelerate to 40-60 miles per hour and hold steady speed for 15 minutes.

4. Decelerate and come to a complete stop. Idle engine in gear for 5 minutes.

Note: The drive cycle above will terminate if engine RPM exceeds 3000 at anytime, if road speed exceeds 60 mph, or if there are large fluctuations in throttle angle.

Ever try driving down the freeway at 50mph, below 3,000 rpm? Even staying in the right lane people get super pissed at you for driving slow!

BTW, this did not reset the emissions monitors.

I've had trouble getting mine to reset as well. The drive cycle cooper48 describes will reset everything except the "comprehensive components" readiness. This takes a long uninterrupted drive (about an 45min to an hour) of varying city/highway driving.
