I've been getting an intermittent airbag trouble light in my '09 JCW Clubman. Based on observation, it only seems to happen when the ambient temperatures are cooler (say below 50 deg F); and once the cabin temperature warms up, the trouble light eventually extinguishes. I can't say with certainty what airbag is triggering the trouble light, but it appears to be the passenger one since the "Passenger Airbag OFF" alert in the overhead console also illuminates whenever the trouble light comes on.

Can anyone provide me with some insight regarding the root cause of this and the remedy? Anyone else have similar experiences?
