Interior Fuse Box Power Issue

Hi all,
Making progress on my auction R53. Quick overview, found heavy water damage in the BC1 that I was able to revive and reestablished a lot of comms. The car does not try and crank, however I do now hear the starter relay click.

Using Ista, I was notified that Interior Fuse 4 (BC1 supply) was not getting power. I verified this with the key in and a multimeter and found no fuses getting power. I visually inspected the fuses as well as checked continuity so those are not my issue. Tracing back through wiring diagrams, looks like the heavy fuses (FL1 FL2 etc) on the underside of the engine bay fuse box are what power that interior fuse board. I checked continuity across each one of them and everything pinged fine so I'm afraid those may be safe as well.

Is there anything else that would cause power to not make it to that interior fuse box? I'm now wondering if maybe theres also water damage on the interior fuse box itself and maybe thats preventing me from moving forward? Also I'm using a known good battery from another car but not an H5 sized mini battery if thatll matter.

Further checking, I have power at the engine bay post, as well as going into the engine bay fuse box. I found the fattest wire I could going into the interior fuse box, and that has power as well.

EDIT:::
I have power to the correct fuses, now its just not making it to the board. Going to try and hotwire it and see, theres a solid chance as its in the same water damaged connector that the line may be broken.

Double edit: Pin was busted off in the connector
