Fuse for power outlets?

Fuse for power outlets?
Do the front and read power outlets share a common fuse? Which one? Both of the outlets in my 2013 Clubman are dead, and I haven't yet found a blown fuse.

Repair Manual says Fuse 42 in the Junction Box.

Junction box fuse panel is located on the kick panel in the right footwell. The fuses should be on listed on the cover.
