Need some help here. I am trying to see if there is 12V going to the 2 cooling fan relays (when the key is on I assume).
I then want to jump the relays to see if I can get the fan to come on (for both stage 1 and stage 2).

Anyone have experience here that can give me some direction?

Here is what I think I need to do....
- insert multimeter in female connectors for pins 85 and 86 with multi meter to see if getting 12V.
- “jump” female connectors 30 and 87 with a wire (paperclip?) to see if fan will come on (top relay is for stage II / second relay is for stage I)
