The Headliner is in. The pillar trim is not help!

So I got my repaired headliner in but I can not seem to get the A and B pillar trim back in. I think maybe the seat belt is out of alignment with trim or maybe I broke everything. Should I sell the car or does anyone have any tips on how to get it tightened up again?

Some good videos on YouTube regarding this iirc.

those should clip on. Are the clips in place? Maybe post a pic of them

I’ve never done this job so I can’t say for sure

So I’ve watched a ton of videos. It’s hard to find one that is an r53 with all the airbag stuff.

I had a ***** of a time with my a pillars. Usually what happens is when you pull the trim loose. The clip is left in the post when you removed the trim. So when you try to put it back in. The plastic tabs on the trim bend. Making it a ***** to get it to clip in. I ended up getting the clips out of the posts. Then pushed them to the trim an then reinstall.
On the b pillars. It is probably the same issue. You can get replacement at autozone. However the front ones can me in issue. The metal clips as you can see have the airbag strap on them. Have to be careful not to break the strap tab portion.
