NEED HELP ID'ing this part

Hi everyone,

I have a 2010 Mini that isn't holding any coolant. When I pour coolant into reservoir, there is a hose that seems to be going from coolant reservoir to this part, but pours out underneath the car, I was able to blindly get pics of the broken part attached to the hose, from placing my phone underneath the car on the drivers side of the car. What is the part where this hose broke off from?

Any help you can give is GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Thank you in advance

Looks like one of the couplings to the auxiliary water pump broke. This pump runs after engine shutdown to circulate coolant through the turbo. Check out realoem.com to find the part number, then visit one of our forum vendors to order the replacement.

Welcome, are you in the Cincinnati area? If so I recommend ECS tuning for parts, if in stock, you should have it when 2 to 3 days. I’m over in Anderson, if you are in Cincinnati, and can come help turn a wrench if you need it.

No problem, I’ve almost drove up there to pick up parts, 8 hrs round trip in the mini would be nothing, I’m sure there is plenty of room to cut that time down.
