So, I noticed that the airbox didn't have any bolts holding it down. The previous owner must have lost them or forgot to put them back in. I was wondering what bolt it uses to secure it so I can go get some from the hardware store.
It has also left a big gap between the filter and the top of the airbox. My mini is throwing a P1498 code and seems to be running pretty rich, could this be the cause of it?
what is your idle at temp? I’d have to check with inpa
It sits around 750 rpm, but it seems to have a slightly rough idle. Not enough to stall the engine or anything, but it's noticeable. Almost like a random cylinder misfire.
I also just back probed the MAP sensor on the intake manifold. I used a DMM to get the voltage across the signal wire and ground. What I found was that at idle, it would sit at around 1.0-1.2V, when the throttle was pressed it would drop. So it seems to be functioning correctly.

my maf hovers around 9.00 in inpa @ 750 rpm. But it’s measured in kg/sec not psi. Measure of air flow
about 27 kg/sec @3000 rpm
I picked up some carb cleaner and noticed when I sprayed it near cylinder 1 injector the engine would stutter. I also noticed a slight hissing sound when I got my ear close to it.
So when I find time I'm going to pull off the intercooler and look around. I'm thinking it could be a bad injector O-ring or a bad manifold gasket.
