Intermittent misfires

2007 R56 N12 hatchback. Started misfiring last week. Codes DME vanos exhaust solenoid, multiple misfires, misfires cylinder 3 and 4. I purchased the solenoid and new 2 pin connector since connector disintegrated when touched. Misfire continued but code for cylinder 4 only. Used spark tester and no spark from ignition coil for cylinder 4 and ok cylinder 3. Swapped coils and cylinder coil for #4 was not producing spark. Bought a new coil and car ran fine all day yesterday without any misfires and/or flashing check engine light. Today it misfires again during one trip and not during another trip. Codes today: DME codes 2781, 2779, 273F, 2775, 2D9B, 2A53, and 2842. These are for misfires multiple cylinders, cylinder 3 and 4, knock sensor signal not present, vanos exhaust solenoid, cat sensor, and ignition coil cylinder 4 ignition monitoring not present. I’m pretty confused after replacing coil #4 (end on driver’s side) and ran fine all day yesterday then misfires intermittent today. Any ideas appreciated thanks
