Many Motegi wheels come with a 72.6mm centerbore, but you will have to measure yours to determine what you have.
1st generation Minis require wheels with a 56.1mm centerbore, which is why you need rings.
For other sources, once you have the wheel bore diameter, just plug "56.1 hubcentric" into google and you will find many options.
If per chance you are going to spend any significant time on a race track (think red-hot rotors), you will want metal rings, otherwise plastic will be fine.

I'm in Washington state... thanks for the size info... I couldn't measure the inside of the wheel

Look on Motegi's website, They should list the bore diameter of their wheels
I needed a set on my Jetta, Went to Discount and they had them in stock. I believe the hub bore on the Jetta was the same as the MINI if it is 56.1mm. Was for Motegi wheels also. $10
Just to update this thread....I did look on Motegi's web site...not a lot of info there......I went up to my local Discount Tire store and got two sets of hub rings for both my Mini's.....total cost was $11 with tax for all 8 rings......will try and fit these on the cars when the weather clears.....the manager up at the tire store said I have 30 days to exchange if they are wrong....
I got two sets of 72.6mm x 56.1mm for each of my cars......
I did a test fit today, I took one wheel off each Mini and installed a ring in each wheel.... perfect fit, had to lightly tap the ring into the center of the wheel, nice snug fit... they are plastic, I don't plan on taking the car to the track.
Maybe this might solve the slight vibration I have in the R52..... I noticed that without the hub ring, if you tighten up one of the lug bolts, then tighten up the rest, the wheel isn't centered, I could spin the wheel and tire and noticed that it was out of round. I played with tightening the lugs ever so slightly and I did get the wheel centered... but this hub ring makes it easier to get the wheel on correctly
