Hello all. Sorry for the double posting with the R60 thread. I hope the rest of the N18 people might help me out here. Opened the hood to clean my K&N air filter and saw this stain on the valve cover close to the diaphragm. Anyone has experience with this? Possible valve cover or diaphragm leak?!

 

it doesn't look new. I think it is good to clean the area and monitor it again. are you having issues with idling?

 

Thanks I'll clean and keep an eye on it! although I don't remember noticing it when I changed the oil a couple of months ago. No issues with idling,
