coolant leak...

I drove about 40 miles today with ac on and i parked in the parking lot and coolant light came on.. I checked the coolant temp and it was about 125!!!... i drove back home (it's only mile away) safely and keep watching the temperature, it was going down slowly and fan ran like crazy. once i got home, let the car cool down and open the coolant reservoir cap, guess what.. it was empty.. I went to oreilly's for picking up coolant and poured the coolant to maximum level and started up engine and looked underneath.. it' was leaking.. I turned off the car right way and leak stopped. Is it radiator problem? it's leaking almost in the middle and little bit to driver's side..

Hard to say. Could be a hose, loose clamp or the water pump. Try to see as best you can with a bright light. You may need to put it in front service mode.

I just started up the car again and check if it leaks underneath but not anymore and opened the cap once I shut it off and coolant level was normal and few moments later I reopened the cap and check to the level and it was below the minimum. Since I do have navigation system, I have to use live obd to see the coolant temperature. It keeps going up to high temp like 112 or more at idling and fan ran crazy.

The center area is likely the oil filter housing gasket. See my thread here, I am going through the saga right now. It is a major PITA to replace.

Or if it is pooling on the top of the trans, then it is the thermostat housing. Your t-stat may have failed (is that 125C or 125F?). That is a much easier job.

You can pressure test the system, and I suspect you will have coolant dripping quite a bit. Take some pics. There are many experts on here that can trouble shoot the areas based on pics.

Yesterday, replaced water pump and flange and hose together and it's not overheating anymore but it's still leaking from same place...
I really can't catch where it's leaking from..
As you can see the video I captured, It's leaking from the middle area..
