2010 R56 no start

All of a sudden the 2010 Mini Cooper does not start. It has 70k miles. I replaced the engine at 40k miles because the darn plastic water pump impeller ruined the engine. The old engine is still in my garage. There is fuel when I disconnected the fuel hose. Still I replaced the fuel pump.

Replaced coils,
checked compression, #1 206 psi, #2 215 psi, #3 191 psi, #4 214 psi.
swapped both the intake and exhaust cam sensor,

Recently pulled the engine to put in a new clutch, replaced the crank pulley, bothe the front and rear seals. It ran okay after. A week later the no start came. Last diagnosis attached. I could not find my Carly plug in the house so I could not do another diagnosis.

Found the Carly plug. New diagnosis attached. Ignore the messages on the mass air meter and the air box. I disconnected both.

Removed #1 spark plug, connected it to the coil, grounded it. Cranked. There is no spark.

Did you check the fuses and relays?

do you hear the fuel pump priming?

did you check the green wire on the cylinder head (ground wire):

All fuses are fine. There is fuel in the fuel rail. Ignition coil wiring is grounded. The car started and ran for a week after I put in the new clutch, did the seals, pulley and put it back together.

Just did another diagnosis. See attached.

I wonder if the immobilizer code 00A10A: EWS$ timing challenge respond error is preventing the car to start.

I have the same exact problem and turns out my CAS was fried. BMW replaced my CAS and the juction box and it works like a charm, expensive though.
