Coolant Thermostat Adapter Lead placement

So I have just completed the Thermostat replacement on my 2011. I find out that I need the Coolant Thermostat Adapter Lead cable. Problem is , no explanation on where the other end goes. Any Guidance here? Looking on the posts on the replacement, no instruction on the cable part.

Thanks in advance,

Dennnis

I use this harness https://www.ebay.com/itm/Genuine-Min...wAAOSwMVdYIimH

it is 1-2 harness. one end has 4 wires and they go to the main plug. the other two 2-wire plugs go to the thermostat and the other to the temp sensor.

What I wound up doing ( and So Far it appears to be functioning fine) was to take the original sensor plugs, and remove the external clips ( which lock it into the sensor) and plug the rest into the 4 port plug on the Coolant adapter directly. This harness looks the same.
