Metal Key not locking drivers door

ive search and I have not been able to find a answer. The key fob works just fine. But one day I tried to lock/unlock the driver door with the metal key and it will not turn. Any ideas? 05 mcs with 150,000 miles

Lock cylinder seized from disuse. Try spray some WD40 or whatever other low viscosity dino juice that tickles your fancy into the key hole.

Diesel fuel works too.
