Drivers door lock not responding to Key fob / toggle

Hi everyone.

Having issues with my 2003 Cooper drivers door lock not responding to either the key fob OR the interior lock toggle in the center console.
All other locks work fine from Fob and toggle switch.

I've tried all of the key resynch methods - nada.
Took door lock actuator out and installed another- Nada.

Only have one key for this car.

All other locks respond (including Gas tank door).

Key in cylinder works as its suppose to - closes (and opens) both windows and sunroof.... Locks all locks in car.

I've searched and searched to no avail, has anyone had this issue and resolved it other than going to dealership and buying / programming a new key?

Thanks for any help.

Looks like you checked a lot. But you didn't state the obvious.

Did you check the fuse? Did you check connector for power at actuator?

If no power at actuator. Check harness where it passes from door into car.

sorry, but yes - tried all of that too:

Fuse is fine in fuse block is fine (is there another?).
Connector at the actuator is fine.
- window moves when you plug it in. Window also slightly lowers and back up when door opened as it should.

Switched actuator out with used one bought from the marketplace here.
Just my luck if I'd've bought one with the same issue....

ANYTHING else?

I don't wanna go buy a new key (which is what fixed a similar issue on my other car - 2004 S).

Thanks for the help guys

You may be chasing ghosts. And only way to know for sure is to start out with a new one.
